What is your shipping policy?

Damsel offers the following shipping options for shipments within Ireland Via AnPost.

When will my order ship?

  • Orders submitted before 10 AM Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday are processed the same day and shipped the next day by standard post (2-3 working days).
  • Orders submitted after 10 AM Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday are processed the next day and shipped by standard post (2-3 working days) the day after.
  • Orders submitted after 10 AM on Thursday are processed Friday and shipped by standard delivery on Monday as our warehouse is closed over the weekend.
  • Orders submitted between 10 AM Friday and 10 AM Monday are processed Monday and shipped Tuesday as our warehouse is closed over the weekend.
  • Standard delivery is free for all orders over €40.
  • Next day delivery is available for a higher delivery charge.
  • All times are GMT.

Please note that our warehouse closes on major holidays.

Some rare occasions may arise when our warehouse has an unexpectedly large number of orders to fulfill on a given day or when fulfillment is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. inclement weather), in which case there may be an extra delay in the shipping schedule outlined above.

Is there a VAT tax charge on my order?

Yes.  The prices are inclusive of VAT.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship to Ireland.


Return shipping is free of charge and on us. Please note that single-use products are only eligible for return if they are new and unused; that means sheet masks are not eligible for return once opened.

No refunds or returns on individual items comprising the Korean Skincare Regimen Kits.

For a free return shipping label, e-mail with your order number (PL-----) and "RETURN" in the subject line and the product(s) you would like to return as well as the reason for your return in the body.

Only the items specified in the original return request and confirmed by Damsel will be refunded. Extra products included in the return package unconfirmed in the return request, especially if from an order outside the return window, will not be refunded.

Only the retail value plus tax paid by the customer will be refunded at the time of return. Any discounts applied to the order will be automatically factored into the amount refunded.

Shipping fees are not eligible for refund.

After your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 5-7 business days for the credit to post back to your account. cannot accept returns for Mizon purchases made in store location. Products on sale during promotions and certain promotional items are often not eligible for return. Site-wide promotional sales (Black Friday and Cyber Monday) are not eligible for return/refund. Please check the parameters of the promotion before purchasing.
